Terms of Service

Last updated: April 22, 2026

These terms govern use of the Docqet marketing site at docqet.com and the Docqet waitlist. They do not cover the Docqet product itself, which is pre-launch. Separate terms will apply to the product when it becomes available.

Acceptance

By using docqet.com or joining the waitlist, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

What Docqet is today

Docqet (“we”, “us”) operates a pre-launch marketing website and a waitlist for an upcoming documentation product. There is no product available to use through this site. No paid services are offered through this site at this time.

Permitted use

You may browse the site, join the waitlist using a valid email address, and contact us. You may not:

  • Submit false, misleading, or bulk-generated information to the waitlist form.
  • Attempt to probe, scan, or test the security of the site or any associated service.
  • Copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from the site’s content without permission.
  • Impersonate Docqet or any other person or entity.

Intellectual property

All content on docqet.com (including copy, graphics, logos, and the Docqet wordmark) is owned by Docqet unless otherwise noted. You may not use the Docqet name, logo, or branding without written permission.

Waitlist data

Information collected through the waitlist form (email address and IP address) is handled according to our Privacy Policy. Every waitlist email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can request deletion at any time by emailing hello@docqet.com.

No warranties

The site is provided on an “as is” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any information on it is accurate or current.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Docqet and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the site, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date above. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the jurisdiction in which Docqet is domiciled.
